The villa is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac on a private community estate called Sabal Harbour, which is located
close to both Bradenton and Sarasota. It is set in a garden open to the front and completely enclosed to the rear, the back
garden being a tropical oasis of Palms and various trees. The large pool with water feature is also at the back and is completely
enclosed, from this same area you can dine al fresco with a large dining terrace equipped for six people.
The villa sleeps six people in three bedrooms, master with super king size, a queen and two singles. There are two bathrooms
both with showers. Dining both inside and out, fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, microwave and and fridge-freezer.The
washing machine and the dryer are both housed in the double garage, access of which is via the kitchen. All bed linen and
house towels are provided. Airconditioning and fans are in all rooms. T.Vs are also in each bedroom and in the lounge.
Bradenton is served by both Tampa airport which is approx. 45 miles and driving distance of mainly motorway is between
45mins-1 hour. The closest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton, it is only a small airport but very good and has some international
flights so worth further investigation. B.A do a direct flight to Tampa and for car hire we use Holiday Autos booking on line
and their partner is Alamo at the airport.

The beaches which serve these areas are all very clean, white and what we call of icing sugar texture and the closest being
Lido Beach which is only a 15min drive, from there you are able to drive along the coast road to on of the many other beaches
along the Gulf. Anna Maria is one not to miss as is Siesta Key.
Should you be a golfer, no problem, there are various ones all within a few minutes of the villa and most are open to the
public and at a fraction of the cost of the UK.
If shopping is your passion, we have many ranging from small to the Designer Outlet in Ellenton, and all only a short
drive away. Supermarkets and banks are just around the corner, banks, post office and gas stations.
For things to do, we have a box at the villa filled with lots of info about the area , state parks are all within easy
distance, the Myakka being our favourite. If a theme park is what you are looking for Busch Gardens is only in Tampa. There
is a multiplex cinema just around the corner should you have a wet afternoon! For your emails etc, the library is close by
and here you can check them and go on line for free!
Rental costs of hiring the villa are 500 pounds sterling per week. Xmas and New Year is 750 pounds sterling per week. There
is a returnable deposit of 100 pounds. A deposit of 10% would be required upon booking with the remainder paid 6 weeks
prior to arrival or paid in full should the time between be less.
